The "Chapiteau"
We like to play with new members by asking them to ask around for the Chapiteau's key
The first time i went to a festival was during my last year of high school to one called "au bout des doigts". It was filled with tons of different people and I have never skipped a year since that time, it's a place where i felt so comfortable I decided never to leave it ! here are some festivals I went to
All that was missing was a juggling convention to make the Rhone-Alpes region's jugglers roar with pleasure from the ball, the club, the diabolo... ABdD's volunteers are working hard on its organization and to offer you for the next edition of Au Bout des Doigts. A circus concentrate, with shows, workshops and above all a perfect moment of conviviality...
Created in 2005, Foreztival was born under the impetus of young people. of the territory wishing to create an event of scale "at the house". The "house" is obviously Forez, a rural region composed of a vast plain crossed by the Loire River and surrounded by mountains, occupying a good part of the Loire department. Starting from the premise that geographical remoteness does not mean that the should not be a barrier to access to culture, these foréziens have created an event that reflects their image, that of diversity and sharing. Quickly, a "family" was federated around of the project and from year to year, the event has become a must as a must-see among music festivals of the Region.
The Humanitarian Karnaval is a student association that flourished 28 years ago in the buildings of the INSA of Lyon. It is composed of about fifty volunteers, coming from different universities, who each year organize several events: the Student Day and Karna-FĂȘte in October, the Solidarity Week (a week of conferences, shows, carnival, food, concerts and much more!) in March and the Music Festival in June!
These events, which are aimed at the general public as well as music lovers, are not only organized with a festive and family aim, but also have a strong solidarity and humanitarian vocation, since the profits collected are donated to our ongoing humanitarian project that pays for construction of wells in Burkinafasso.
Since its inception, Solidarity Week has been donating its profits to solidarity and humanitarian causes. After a year of beating and small one-off projects, the association has heard of several project leads through the various partners of the former project. Based on the experience acquired with the "Water for All" project in Pella, Karnaval is relaunching new projects to provide access to water and empower local populations, again in Burkina Faso.
